All sales are final. Due to the authentic, preloved nature of our luxury items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless:

  • It contains significant, undisclosed flaws (e.g., broken straps, non-functional zippers, holes, or open stitching) that render it unusable.

3. Klarna Purchases

Orders placed using Klarna are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Klarna’s merchant policy.
However, all returns must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
