Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Timeline
All orders are shipped within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Klarna’s merchant policy. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location, order value, or shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, item weight, and shipping speed. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted at checkout or on product pages.
Signature Confirmation
Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Delivery Delays
While we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider to resolve any delivery issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. My Luxury Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

At this time, we only ship orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
